Welcome to the MoreHands mobile application! This document outlines the terms and conditions for using the service. By registering in the application, you confirm your agreement with this User Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not use MoreHands.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. MoreHands is a digital platform designed to facilitate the search and provision of services between users. MoreHands solely provides the infrastructure for user interactions and is not responsible for the fulfillment of obligations between them.

1.2. The use of MoreHands is possible only after registration and mandatory identity verification.

1.3. We reserve the right to modify the terms of this agreement. The updated version will be published in the application and will take effect upon publication.

2. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT

2.1. To access MoreHands, the user must complete registration by providing accurate information.

2.2. Identity verification is mandatory and may include uploading a passport/ID, phone number verification, and other security measures.

2.3. The user must keep account credentials confidential and not share access with third parties. In case of unauthorized access, the user must immediately notify customer support.

2.4. The minimum age for registration in MoreHands is 18 years.

3. USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

3.1. The user agrees to:

• Use the application in good faith and in accordance with applicable laws.
• Not provide false information about themselves or their services.
• Follow ethical standards and respect other users.
• Not use MoreHands for illegal activities (fraud, distribution of prohibited goods, etc.).

3.2. The following actions are prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to bypass the verification system.
